Guests should check in and collect apartment keys at the Best Western Glasgow City Hotel, 27 Elmbank Street, Glasgow, G2 4PB which is located just around the corner from the Apartments.
Linen, cutlery, crockery and utensils are all provided. Towels will be changed every 2nd day.
Payment will be taken on check-in.
Parking is availiable at the NCP carpark near by and is charged at £1 between 6 pm and 8 am.
Stag and Hen parties/Groups by prior arrangement only. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum room occupancy. A security bond or credit card preauthorization may be required on arrival.
PlayStation/DVD player available on request with a returnable deposit. The apartments have Freeview television.

From M8 eastbound and westbound:
- Exit at junction 18 for Charing Cross.
- Follow signs for Bath Street / King's Theatre.
From Glasgow Airport:
Take the M8 for the city centre and exit at junction 18 (Charing Cross).
- Turn left at the 1st set of traffic lights, then left again at the 2nd set onto St Vincent Street.
- Take a right at the 3rd set of traffic lights onto Elmbank Street. Arrive at your destination on the left for check-in (100 yards).
